BWS San Ignacio/Santa Elena Branch Office re-opened today after closing Thursday for sanitization

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: BWS said today, Friday, that its San Ignacio/Santa Elena Branch Office re-opened for normal working hours, effective, today, Friday, October 29, 2021.

BWS closed it offices on Thursday after an employee tested COVID-19 positive.

“The proper sanitization and disinfection of the offices, workstations, and vehicles have been completed to ensure the safety of our employees and the community,” said BWS today.

At the same time, BWS advises that customer visits are restricted to senior citizens and appointments only. Customers are encouraged to access the BWS services remotely via telephone, WhatsApp messages, e-mail, or social media requests.

“Our cashier services continue to be available; however, we encourage customers to utilize the online banking portals to make payments and to avoid long lines, all in an effort to mitigate COVID-19 risks,” said BWS.
