Belize Weather: Cold front settles in but fair weather prevails

By BBN Staff: Fair and mild weather prevails as a cold front crosses the country according to the National Meteorological Service.

Skies will be mostly sunny today, clear tonight, with no rain expected.

High temperatures are 84 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 88 degrees inland, and 74 degrees in the hills. Tonight, it will be 74 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 68 degrees inland, and 62 in the hills.

Winds are from the northwest at 5 to 15 knots and the sea state is choppy to moderate.

Tides will be low at 12:19 this afternoon and 11:59 tonight and high at 6:33 this evening. Sunset is at 5:21 this evening and sunrise on Sunday morning is at 5:50.

It will be mainly fair and dry on Sunday, but there is a chance of light isolated showers over the south on Sunday night.
