Rap-A-Lot Founder, James Prince takes shot at Britney Spears, defends Belize over recent comments

Posted: Monday, November 1, 2021. 1:02 pm CST.

By Aaron Humes: James Prince, alias J. Prince, CEO of Rap-a-Lot Records and the name behind many hip-hop stars, has taken exception to the badmouthing Belize got recently from pop diva Britney Spears.

Spears was not fond of her accommodations at her private resort off Placencia and took to Instagram to say so.

Prince, who appears to be celebrating his birthday in the Jewel, responded via video from a piece of solid rock in the vicinity of Ambergris Caye.

He declared that Belize is a place “close to heaven” and promised to build a property here and invite friends and family to stay “right next to Leonardo DiCaprio,” an apparent reference to his Blackadore Caye project west of Ambergris. He clapped back, “Y’all know Britney’s elevator ain’t going all the way up.”

No word on any response from Spears or whether this will turn Belize into the latest toy for superstars to fight over.
