Student Eaton Thompson shot dead from behind in Mahogany Heights, police say

By Aaron Humes: A police investigation has revealed that 18-year-old student Eaton Thompson of Mahogany Heights, Belize District, was shot from behind this morning by one of two assailants.

Police say Thompson was riding his bicycle on the second street in Mahogany Heights Village down from the police station around 7 a.m. when suddenly two men approached him from behind and one of them fired a shot at him causing his fatal injuries.

Police investigations continue at this time.
