BEL announces a planned power outage in Corozal District on Thursday, November 4

By BBN Staff: BEL announced an emergency power outage in the Corozal District on Thursday, November 4.

BEL said the area to be affected is the entire Consejo Village and all areas along Consejo Road.

BEL said it needs “to replace distribution devices and equipment and remove hazardous vegetation growing into power lines in the area”.

The power cut will be from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm
