Belize plays undefeated Guatemala tonight at 7:00 in the XXI Senior Men’s Volleyball Central American Cup

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Belize takes on undefeated Guatemala tonight at 7:00 in the XXI Senior Men’s Volleyball Central American Cup at the Guatemala City Dome.

The Belize Men’s Senior National Volleyball Team won two and lost two so far in the tournament.

Guatemala is undefeated in three games in the seven-team tournament.

All teams got a victory over Panama that pulled out of the tournament at last minute.

Costa Rica and Guatemala are 3-0, El Salvador 3-2, Nicaragua 2-1, Belize 2-2, Honduras 1-3, and Panama 0-6.

On Tuesday, Costa Rica beat El Salvador 3-0 (25-21, 25-23, 25-14), while Guatemala dropped Nicaragua 3-1 (34-32,22-25, 37-35, 25-20).

Today, Nicaragua plays Costa Rica at 4:00 pm, before Belize takes on Guatemala at 7:00 pm.

Belize’s final game will be against Costa Rica on Thursday at 4:00 pm.

The round-robin tournament finishes on Friday.
