One held in latest Belize City murder

By BBN Staff: One person has been detained in relation to the investigation of the apparent murder of Adrian Hyde, 27, on Sunday night.

According to police, they found Hyde on the verandah of the second floor of a building at the corner of Vernon and Mopan Streets around 9:30 Sunday night.

He had been stabbed to the body and was in a pool of blood.

Around 9, Hyde was heard to have had an argument with someone on the verandah, whereupon he was apparently stabbed.

Police continue their investigations.
