Eleven new COVID-19 deaths amid falling case load

By Aaron Humes: While the number of active cases of COVID-19 continues to fall, the numbers of deaths, hospitalizations, and persons in intensive care remain high.

Eleven new deaths have been reported in 24 hours tying a single-day national record.

35 persons are now hospitalized, including 15 in intensive care. And 466 samples have been placed under investigation.

The seeming only good news is that the number of active cases has gone down to 2,049 despite 167 new cases reported today.
