One man shot while driving in Belize City

By Aaron Humes: A Belize City man is spending the night in hospital after being shot while on a drive.

32-year-old Keyron Reneau, according to police, was driving accompanied by two other men on Ebony Street around 7:30 pm when they passed in front of the Long Barracks residence.

Police say someone came out of the yard and fired several shots at them, causing Keyron Reneau injuries to his left calf and damaging his vehicle.

Police have commenced an investigation, while Reneau is stable in hospital. It appears neither of his companions were hurt.
