Another member of the Hyde family shot in Roaring Creek

By BBN Staff: Last night another member of the Hyde family was shot in Roaring Creek Village, Cayo District.

The victim is forty-five-year-old Mark Hyde. Hyde told police that around 11:10 p.m. he heard his pigs making noise as if they were being disturbed. When he went to check the pig pen he did not find anything out of order.

However while returning from the pig pen he heard a loud bang. Shortly after he heard three more loud bangs and realized he had been shot.

He ran to a nearby friend who took him to the Western Regional Hospital where he was treated for gunshots to the chest and right hand. 

Police are investigating
