Dangriga man fatally shot in Belize City

By BBN Staff: Thirty-four-old Dangriga resident, Alexander Murillo was shot and killed in Belize City last night.

Police say that Murillo had been socializing at a house on Holy Emmanuel Street in the Gungulung area, and left around 8:20 p.m. Whilst headed toward M&M Street, two men approached Murillo and fired several shots at him, killing him on the spot.

Police are seeking two named suspects as part of an ongoing investigation.
