Belize Weather: Cold front keeps things mild

By BBN Staff: The National Meteorological Service forecasts a mostly sunny and mild day today with little to no rain. Tonight, it will be cloudy and cool with isolated showers mainly offshore.

High temperatures today reach 82 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 86 degrees inland, and 72 degrees in the hills. Low temperatures tonight are 70 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 65 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 59 degrees in the hills.

Winds continue from the north to northwest at 10 to 20 knots and sea conditions are moderate.

Tides are low as of 6:54 a.m. A high tide occurs at 1:04 this afternoon, followed by a low tide at 5:47 this evening and a high tide at 11:54 tonight. The sun sets at a quarter past five and rises at 6:02 a.m. Wednesday.

Skies will be cloudy in spells on Wednesday with light showers over the North at first and later along the coast.
