Lowest number of confirmed cases in months as key numbers for COVID-19 decline

By Aaron Humes: With 111 new cases reported, Belize is at its lowest levels of COVID-19 in months.

The number of active cases of COVID-19 is down to 1,216 with a further 283 samples under investigation.

Fewer persons are hospitalized and in the ICU, though three new deaths were reported.

Belize does stand on the threshold of 30,000 confirmed cases, currently sitting at 29,967, of which 28,146 have recovered.
