By BBN Staff: The National Meteorological Service forecasts continued fair weather with occasional showery outbreaks.
Skies today will be sunny with cloudy spells, isolated showers, or light rain offshore. Tonight, skies will be partly cloudy with isolated shower activity.
High temperatures today are 85 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 88 degrees inland, and 72 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills. Tonight temperatures fall to 72 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 66 degrees inland, and 63 degrees in the hills.
Winds are northeasterly at 5 to 15 knots and the sea state is choppy.
Tides will be low at 8:33 this morning, then high at 2:56 this afternoon, and low at 7:22 this evening.
Sunset is at a quarter past six and sunrise on Friday is at 6:03.
Fair weather prevails on Friday but an increase in showers is expected heading into the weekend.
