COVID hospitalization numbers fall over weekend

By Aaron Humes: Twenty-one people remain hospitalized with COVID-19 at present, down 11 from the end of last week.

15 of these people are unvaccinated, one partially vaccinated and five fully vaccinated.

Meanwhile nine of these people are in intensive care receiving concentrated treatment, up 1 from the end of last week.

Five are unvaccinated, one partially is vaccinated and three are fully vaccinated.

Those who are vaccinated continue to stand the best chance of recovery, according to experts although a handful of fully vaccinated persons, those with other risk factors such as diabetes and hypertension, died.
