Health Ministry taps Dr. Lesbia Guerra for CEO

She replaces Dr. Deysi Mendez, who is alleged to have been on the outs with Minister Michel Chebat.

Dr. Guerra has previously worked at the Ministry but arrives at a critical time as Belize works to consolidate recent gains made in the COVID-19 fight and address other critical issues.
