By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The Ministry of Health and Wellness on Friday, December 3, closed the HIV/AIDS Awareness Week setting up a Health Booth in Belmopan.
The MOHWS set up the health booth in the capital where they conducted HIV testing, glucose checks and blood pressure screening.
The MOHWS did similar services countrywide. In Orange Walk they visited the Police Headquarters where they also did the same tests as in Belmopan.
“End inequalities. End AIDS. End pandemics.” the MOHWS echoed the theme of this year’s AIDS Awareness Week.
