Couple dragged to court on drug trafficking charges for marijuana and cocaine

By BBN Staff: A Belize City couple was taken before the Magistrate’s Court today, jointly charged drug offenses.

They are Ryan Michael Cole and O’Shira Kaya Dennison. The couple was charged with two counts of possession of controlled drugs with intent to supply to another, and pleaded not guilty.

Bail was offered to them in the sum of $2,500 each plus one surety of the same which they were able to meet. They are due back in Court #5 on January 26, 2021.

Police searched Cole’s home on Wednesday, December 8, and found 114 grams of cannabis and 12 grams of cocaine. Dennison was present at the time of the search and was arrested along with him.
