Missing Santa Elena teen is found safe

By BBN Staff: Breaking Belize News has confirmed that 16-year-old Santa Elena resident Genesis Virginia Tillett, reported missing on Tuesday, has been found.

The Belize Police Department said this afternoon that Tillett, who had been missing since Sunday, was found safe and handed over to her parents.

The department also noted that there is an ongoing investigation into the matter.
