Have you seen Kelsey Harris?

By Aaron Humes: The family of disabled 24-year-old Kelsey Harris has reported her missing, likely run away.

She was last seen around 4:30 Saturday evening.

Kelsey stands five feet tall, is of Creole descent, brown skin, eyes and dark hair and was last seen wearing a blue jeans pants and blouse of unknown color. She can neither hear nor speak.

If you have seen her or know her whereabouts, kindly contact 620-0962 or the nearest police station.
