Jewel Fury edge San Pedro Pirates 1-0, qualify to National Amateur Women League Finals

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Defending National Amateur Women League Champions and winners of NAWL South Jewel Fury defeated the second-place team from NAWL North the San Pedro Pirates 1-0 and qualified to the 2021 final.

Zulma Ortega scored the only goal of the semifinal at the FFB Stadium in the 10th minute to give Jewel Fury the ticket to the final match of the tournament.

Fury will now face Rumberas who defeated the Verdes Rebel Girls 2-0 in the other semifinals.

Rumberas finished second behind Jewel Fury in NAWL South during the regular tournament.
