Belize Weather: Wetter days ahead

By BBN Staff: The National Meteorological Service forecasts cloudy skies today with some showers and isolated thunderstorms, especially along the coast.

High temperatures today are 83 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 86 degrees inland, and 74 degrees in the hills. Tonight it will be 75 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 69 degrees inland, and 63 degrees in the hills.

Winds are from the east to northeast at 10 to 20 knots and the sea state is moderate.

A high tide will occur at 7:21 this morning followed by a low tide at 12:49 this afternoon, then a high tide at 6:57 this evening. The sun sets at 20 minutes past five this evening and rises at 6:14 Wednesday morning.

Similar conditions are expected on Wednesday.
