COVID-19 hospitalization numbers trending down

By Aaron Humes: 11 people remain hospitalized with COVID-19 at present, down one from Friday.

Nine of these people are unvaccinated and the others partially vaccinated.

Meanwhile, four of the hospitalized are in intensive care receiving concentrated treatment, down one from Friday. All are unvaccinated.

Those who are vaccinated continue to stand the best chance of recovery, according to experts although a handful of fully vaccinated persons, those with other risk factors such as diabetes and hypertension, died.
