By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Prime Minister John Briceño supports young entrepreneur Amina Awe of Orange Walk Town as he asks Belize to support Belizean entrepreneurs during the holiday season and in 2022.

“Amina Awe, a 21-year-old pursuing her bachelor’s degree in English, is known in Orange Walk Town for the pastries she makes,” said the Prime Minister on social media.

“She began baking at the age of 15 as a hobby. Eventually, friends and family began to ask her to bake for events, and began her journey.”

Prime Minister Briceño said Amina used her entrepreneurial skills to help pay for her education.

“To this day, Amina makes the most of her free time baking and reaching the demands of her community’s orders. She does a variety of parties, including carrot cake, brownies, red velvet, rum cake, and any special requests,” he added.

To place your orders contact Amina at 626-5749.
