Man run over on Stann Creek Valley Road

By Aaron Humes: Police are investigating a fatal road traffic accident on Christmas Eve night.

According to police, security guard Cornelio Shack of Belize City was driving toward Dangriga on the Stann Creek Valley Road around 7:30 when he struck 61 year old Josline Hall who was running across the road.

Hall suffered head and body injuries and died almost immediately. A post-mortem examination is scheduled and a Notice of Intended Prosecution was issued to Shack.
