Belize Bank warns customers to be protective of personal information

By BBN Staff: The Belize Bank sent out a notice to its customers to protect their personal information and not give it to anyone.

“Customers are reminded that the Bank already has your information and will never call or email you for password, answers to security questions, PINs or CVV numbers on your credit card,” said the advisory from the Belize Bank.

The Belize Bank also advised customers to safeguard their online login information and to never give anyone their password transaction PIN, credit card numbers, expiration date, PIN or CVV.

The Belize Bank also said that all their numbers are Belize numbers so customers will never receive any international call from the Bank.
