Eight injured in traffic accident in Spanish Lookout

By Ruben Morales: A traffic accident in Spanish Lookout this evening has left eight (8) people injured.

Seven people have been rushed to the Western Regional Hospital in Belmopan and another person is being transported to Belize City.
Reports out of Spanish Lookout in the Cayo District say the accident happened on the access road to the Mennonite community and that two SUVs were involved in the accident.

Initial reports say a number of the injured are children who were seen bleeding at the accident site.
