Burrell Boom resident arrested for the murder of Ethan Thompson

By BBN Staff: Police have arrested a Burrell Boom man in connection with the November 1 murder of 18-year-old Ethan Thompson.

Today, police officially arrested and charged 23-year-old George Michael Hyde with a single count of murder.

Reports are that Thompson was riding his bicycle on his way home in Mahogany Heights Village when two men approached him from behind, one of whom fired the fatal shots.

Thus far there has been no word of an arrest of the other suspect.
