Police investigating drowning death of Ciriaco Cocom

By BBN Staff: Police have launched an investigation into the drowning death of 64-year-old Ciriaco Cocom, who had previously been reported missing.

Cocom’s body was found floating in the Mopan River around 6:30 a.m. Officers are awaiting the results of a post mortem examination to help guide their investigation.

Cocom was last seen alive around 10:00 a.m. on Christmas Day.
