West, who legally changed his first name to “Ye” earlier this year, is in the country along with J Prince a music executive and promoter who owns the private island Rosewood Caye, which is located near Ambergris Caye.

Prince made headlines in Belize earlier this year for defending Belize after celebrity guest Britney Spears gave Belize a thumbs down for her visit.
