Ministry of Infrastructure Development and Housing warns of conman fraudulently collecting payments

By BBN Staff: Today, the Ministry of Infrastructure Development and Housing (MIDH) issued a warning that there is a conman going around, purporting to be from the Ministry, collecting payments for the construction of homes.

The Ministry warned that the individual is using the name Carlos Alvarez, and claims that housing applications have been approved, but that persons need to make deposits to begin construction.
