Active cases of COVID-19 approaching 4 thousand

By Aaron Humes: The Ministry of Health and Wellness’ daily COVID-19 data shows 579 new cases reported in the past 24 hours.

Some 3,158 new tests were conducted on 3,087 persons countrywide for a daily positivity rate of 18.8 percent.

An additional 612 samples are under investigation and total active cases now number 3,707.

However, no new deaths were reported today.
