Belize Weather: Sunny day, cloudy night

By BBN Staff: The National Meteorological Service calls for mainly fair weather giving way to more showery conditions tonight.

Skies will be mostly sunny with isolated showers. Tonight it will be cloudy at times with a few showers, mainly over the south.

High temperatures are 84 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 88 degrees inland, and 74 degrees in the hills. Low temperatures are 76 degrees along the coast, 70 degrees inland, and 64 degrees in the hills.

Winds are from the east to southeast at 5 to 15 knots and the sea state is light chop.

Tides are high at 1:17 this afternoon and low at 6:46 this evening. Sunset is at 5:32 this evening and sunrise on Friday at 6:24.

For Friday expect cloudy spells with a few showers over most areas, then mostly over the south in the night with isolated thunderstorms.
