Family of hit-and-run victim in Sandhill demand answers

By Aaron Humes: The family of 60-year-old Caryl Smith Senior of Sandhill, Belize District, is seeking information into how he was injured in an apparent hit-and-run accident Wednesday night.

The incident took place around eight in the evening at the junction of the Old and new Northern Highways in Sandhill, but it appears no one saw anything.

Smith is hospitalized in an induced coma and police are investigating.
