By Aaron Humes: Police are investigating a shooting incident Friday night in Belize City.
According to police, Andrew Staine, 35-year-old self-employed of a Belize City address is hospitalized with a gunshot wound to his left calf.
At about 7:25 p.m., Staine was driving his grey Toyota Camry on North Creek Road when he heard several shots being fired and later realized that he was injured.
Andrew Staine is admitted in a stable condition.
Investigation continues.
