Number of COVID-19 patients hospitalized rises

By Aaron Humes: 20 persons are now hospitalized with COVID-19, up five from yesterday’s figure of 15.

Of these, three persons are in critical care, down one from Monday.

Grouped by vaccination status, an equal number, eight, are unvaccinated and fully vaccinated. Two are partially vaccinated and two are of uncertain status.

Meanwhile, all three ICU patients are fully vaccinated and thus are believed to stand a greater chance of beating the virus.
