Other hotspots include Ladyville (38), Sandhill (11), and the Kolbe Foundation (12; Hattieville separately reports four). San Pedro Town added 31 new cases.

The Cayo District added 158 new cases including 50 between San Ignacio and Santa Elena Towns, 28 in Belmopan, and 19 in Benque Viejo.

Orange Walk Town added more than half (64) of Orange Walk District’s 120 new cases. Dangriga had 30 of Stann Creek District’s 70 and Corozal Town 23 of the District’s 51; Punta Gorda Town added 21 of the Toledo District’s 37 new cases.

Mainland Belize District has now had more than 13,600 confirmed cases, 5 thousand more than Cayo District’s tally of more than 8,000. They are followed by Orange Walk, Stann Creek, Corozal, Toledo, and San Pedro in that order.
