Belize Weather: Fair weather break before cold front crosses tomorrow

By Aaron Humes: Mainly fair weather conditions prevail with mostly sunny skies and isolated showers. Tonight will be partly cloudy with isolated showers.

High temperatures today are 85 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 88 degrees inland, and 74 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures are 70 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 66 degrees inland, and 60 degrees in the hills.

Winds are from the east to southeast at 5 to 15 knots and the sea state is slight.

Tides will be high at 9:26 this morning and 8:18 this evening and low at 2:07 this afternoon. Sunset is at 5:38 this evening and sunrise on Sunday is at 6:26.

The extended weather forecast is for a few showers and isolated thunderstorms over most areas on Sunday as a cold front crosses the country. Conditions will be cooler with light rain or isolated showers on Sunday night.
