Benque Viejo del Carmen holds activities in honour of late Prime Minister, Right Honourable George Cadle Price George Price

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Benque Viejo del Carmen is this month holding activities in honour of the late Prime Minister, the Right Honourable George Cadle Price.

Apart from a Tribute Mass held on Saturday evening to celebrate the memory of the late Prime Minister, the Right Honourable George Cadle Price on his birthdate, two other activities will be held in January.

“Throughout the month John Paul II Junior College and partners will host an interactive and virtual forum via Zoom,” said Benque House of Culture coordinator, Nalleli Yacab.

“The Benque Viejo Town Council through Councilor Teresita Betancourt will also lead a Pictorial Exhibition.”

“These initiatives are intended to promote education awareness and foster national pride and identity,” Yacab noted.
