By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Leader of the Opposition Patrick Faber finished third in the Masters Category of the 2nd Annual George Price Day 15K Classic on Saturday, January 15 in Belize City.
Faber clocked one hour and 31 minutes in the 15-kilometer (9.4 miles) race which started at Mile 8 on the George Price Highway and finished at the Freetown Reserve on Freetown Road across from Atlantic Bank.
Amir Ramos outpaced last year’s winner Fred Usher Jr to win the George Price Day 15K in 54 mins 35 seconds, shaving off six minutes and 25 seconds off Usher’s time of one hour and one minute set in the first race in 2021.
Usher clocked 57 minutes, three minutes, and 25 faster than last year.
