43- year-old customs officer Rudolph Williams is victim of Saturday night’s fatal traffic accident

By Benjamin Flowers: There was a fatal road traffic accident on the George Price Highway last night and the victim has been identified as 43-year-old customs officer Rudolph Sylvester Williams.

Williams who is stationed in Belize City, was reportedly traveling from his home in Independence village to Belize City when he lost control of his vehicle between Miles 17 and 18 on the George Price Highway.

He crashed, received severe injuries and died on the spot. The vehicle was extensively damaged.

Our condolences go out to his grieving family and friends at this time.
