Ministry of Health and Wellness expresses condolences to Minister Dolores Balderamos Garcia on death of her mother

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: “We are deeply saddened by the news of Mrs. Josephine Balderamos’ passing,” said the Ministry of Health and Wellness (MOHW) on social media in expressing condolences to Minister of Human Development, Families, and Indigenous Peoples Affairs Dolores Balderamos Garcia on the passing of her mother.

“The Minister of Health and Wellness, Hon Kevin Bernard, and by extension the Ministry of Health and Wellness would like to take this time to express our sincerest condolences to the area representative for Belize Rural Central and the Minister of Human Development, Families, and Indigenous Peoples Affairs, Hon Dolores Balderamos, and to the family, friends, and associates of Mrs. Josephine Balderamos.”

“May her soul rest in peace, and rise in eternal glory.”

Mrs. Balderamos, who was also the sister of the late Primer Minister George Cadle Price, passed away on Monday night, just two days after the celebration of George Price Day.

Mrs. Balderamos was 96.
