Ministry of Health says more than 212,000 persons are now vaccinated against COVID-19 in Belize

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The Ministry of Health and Wellness’ COVID-19 Vaccination Daily Report for Tuesday, January 18, said that 212,148 persons had been vaccinated in the country up to Tuesday.

Out of that number, 202,035 are now fully vaccinated.

In the 18-Years-and-older category, 173 persons got vaccinated since Thursday last week.

The MOHW said that so far 25,457 persons have received a booster shot.

Meanwhile, the MOHW keeps encouraging everyone to get vaccinated particularly now that schools are reopening. The MOHW is also advising Belizeans to get booster shots.
