BWS to reopen Santa Elena/San Ignacio Branch Office on Monday, January 24

BWS closed its office in San Ignacio/Santa Elena on Friday, January 21, “as a safety precaution to protect the well-being of employees, customers, and the community, our Santa Elena/San Ignacio Branch Office … due to one of our employees testing positive for COVID-19”.

“The Branch office will reopen for normal business hours on Monday, January 24, 2022, after proper sanitization has been completed,” said BWS.

BWS advised customers that when that occurs, they can make payments through the online banking services adding that customer service requests may be submitted by WhatsApp, email, and/or our social media pages.

“BWS continues to adhere to all safety guidelines, including those provided by the Ministry of Health & Wellness and our Pandemic Policy. We remind everyone of the importance of wearing facemasks properly, washing & sanitizing hands regularly, practicing social distance, and avoiding being in crowded environments,” said BWS

Despite the closure BWS said the company knows “the importance of having clean potable water and are committed to delivering this essential service”.
