Punta Gorda sub treasury closed for sanitization

By Benjamin Flowers: The treasury Department announced today that the Punta Gorda Sub-Treasury, closed early today over COVID-19 concerns.

The sub-treasury closed at 1:00 p.m. and is set to reopen for normal business tomorrow, January 27, 2022.

“This has become necessary for the safety of our staff and the general public. We encourage all to exercise all COVID-19 safety protocols,” the Treasury Department said.

Earlier today a similar notice was issued by the Ministry of Finance regarding its office on the Ground Floor, Sir Edney Cain Building, Belmopan City.
