Dip in new COVID cases as Belize approaches nearly 50 thousand reported

By Aaron Humes: 796 new cases of COVID-19 were reported today against 894 recoveries as the tipping point of the latest wave appears to be on the horizon, if not fully reached.

263 samples are under investigation as two more deaths were also recorded.

11.3 percent of the total tested population were recorded as positive and 79.3 percent recovered or 38,915 of 49,059 total cases.
