Belize Water Services announces the closing of its San Ignacio-Santa Elena Branch Office today, Thursday

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Belize Water Services Limited (BWS) advises customers that its San Ignacio-Santa Elena Branch Office will be closed on Thursday to carry out a complete sanitization.

BWS said the sanitization is “as a safety precaution to protect the well-being of employees, customers, and the community”.

The utility said it will advise customers when the office will be reopened, advising them to make payments through the online banking services and that customer service requests can be submitted by WhatsApp, Email, and/or their social media pages.

“BWS continues to adhere to all safety guidelines, including those provided by the Ministry of Health & Wellness and our Pandemic Policy. We remind everyone of the importance of wearing facemasks properly, washing & sanitizing hands regularly, practising social distance, and avoiding being in crowded environments,” the company said.
