By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Santino Castillo captured first place in the Weekends Warriors B-Class 50-mile race.
The race started at the Maskall Junction on the Philip Goldson Highway, went to the Altun Ha junction on the Maskall Road (Old Northern Highway), turned around to the Philip Goldson Highway on to the Boom to Hattieville Road, took left to the George Price Highway, and finished at Old Belize.
Santino was followed by Ericsson Lamb in second. Cycling president Orson Butler was third, Tyrone Anthony fourth and Revel Young fifth.
Manuel Esquiliano rode in sixth, Amel Cano seventh, Colin Maheia eighth, Charles Garay was ninth and George Abraham Sr finished tenth.
Garay won the first sprint by the Moralez Residence. Anthony won the next two by Colby and at Mile 10.
