Police make arrest in Antelope Street shooting that injured five

By Aaron Humes: Police announced tonight that they have formally arrested and charged Glendford Soberanis for four counts of attempted murder, use of deadly means of harm, and grievous harm.

Soberanis is accused of being the triggerman in the shooting incident that occurred on Saturday, February 5, 2022, on Antelope Street Extension, Belize City.

In that shooting, three men and two women were injured, at least one of whom is still hospitalized at last report.

Police say one of the victims, Robert Lamb, was the intended target and had various “rivalries” in the area which may have led to the shooting.
