The National Meteorological Service forecasts an increase in showers and thunderstorms later today.
Skies will be cloudy in spells with isolated showers before a gradual increase in showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and night.
High temperatures today are 84 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 86 degrees inland and 70 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures are 69 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 65 degrees inland and 60 degrees in the hills.
Winds are from the west to northwest at 5 to 10 knots and sea state is slight.
Tides will be low at 9:05 this morning and 11:03 this evening and high at 3:05 this afternoon. The sun will set at 5:51 this evening and rise at 6:22 Wednesday morning.
The extended outlook calls for cooler, windier conditions countrywide on Wednesday with little or no rainfall except offshore.
